Flying On United Airlines Business Class

Flying has never been my favorite activity, but it is something that I have to do from time to time for my job. For example, a few months ago, I found out that I would need to be attending a conference in Arizona. My boss told me that this was something that I really needed to attend, so I did not have much choice in the matter.

Fortunately, the company would be paying for the cost of travel and accommodations. I would be flying on United Airlines business class, which is not something that I had done before. Even though I have flown fairly frequently, I had never been on United before.

I figured that it would be pretty much like any other airline, so I was not expecting too much when I got to the airport. Once I had boarded the plane and found my seat, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The plane was nicer than some others that I had been on, and the crew seemed very attentive.

On the whole, it was a very nice flight. Another pleasant surprise was that there was decent food for once on board the plane. So many airlines have cut back on this aspect of flying that I usually end up bringing my own food. In this case, there were actually some decent selections on the menu, and I did not even eat everything that I brought with me.

For once, I was not even dreading the return flight home. This made the conference a more enjoyable experience, and I told my boss that I was very glad with the choice that the company had made. I hope that in the future when I need to travel for work, I can fly on United Airlines business class again.
